Delicious and simple sweet and sticky pork ribs for the whole family to enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg butcher pork spare ribs
  • 160g honey soy marinade
  • 2 x 250g packets microwavable white long grain rice
  • Salad, to serve
  • Lemon, cut into wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C or 180C fan-forced. Arrange the pork ribs on a rack in a large roasting pan and generously brush with honey marinade. Roast for 45 minutes, basting with marinade every 15 minutes and flipping them to ensure even cooking.
  • Microwave the rice according to packet directions. Serve the ribs with the rice, salad, and lemon wedges.
