Irresistible homemade teriyaki pork ribs, marinated and baked to perfection with a simple soy sauce blend.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 pounds boneless country-style ribs
Instructions:
  • Combine the soy sauce and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Then, mix in the onion, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  • Slice pork into 1/4-inch cutlets and arrange in a marinating dish. Pour the marinade over the pork and refrigerate for at least 4 to 5 hours, or overnight for thicker cuts.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Evenly lay out the pork in a nonstick, oven-proof pan, making sure to save the marinade for later.
  • Bake until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C, as measured by an instant-read thermometer), about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven.
  • Heat the remaining marinade in the microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until it starts to boil. Drizzle it over the pork.
