Delicious and healthy dish combining tender pork with sweet apple flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 82.50 ml raisins, chopped
  • 4 pork loin steaks, trimmed
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 2 granny smith apples, quartered, cored, thinly sliced
  • 4 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 radicchio lettuce, shredded
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, bring vinegar to a boil over high heat. Stir in raisins, then remove from heat. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes. Add oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Allow it to cool before using.
  • Season both sides of the pork generously with a pinch of salt and pepper. Lightly coat with oil spray. Heat a sturdy frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until perfectly cooked.
  • In a large bowl, mix together apple, celery, and radicchio. Drizzle with raisin dressing and gently toss to coat. Divide the salad onto plates and serve alongside pork steaks.
