Elevate BBQ pork with zesty herb crust.
Ingredients:
  • 62.50 ml chopped rosemary leaves
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt and cracked black pepper
  • 2 pork fillets, trimmed and halved
  • Steamed vegetables or salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine the rosemary, oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and mustard in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  • Coat the pork and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • Preheat the barbecue grill on high. Take the pork out of the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill, turning occasionally, for 10-12 minutes until done to your preference. Rest the cooked pork for a few minutes before serving.
  • Slice the pork into thick pieces and serve with your choice of steamed vegetables or salad.
