Potato Chip Casserole

Creamy ground beef and vegetable casserole, topped with cheese and crispy potato chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup crushed plain potato chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, break apart the ground beef until browned. Discard the grease. Add green beans and corn, cook briefly, then stir in canned soup until combined. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese and crushed potato chips.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the chips are toasted. For extra crispy chips, sprinkle them on top after the cheese melts and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
