Spice up potato nugget nachos with Old El Paso™ Taco Seasoning, served with salsa for a zesty appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen potato nuggets
  • 2 teaspoons from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (8 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jar (16 oz) thick & chunky salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a 17x12-inch half-sheet pan with foil. Bake the potato nuggets according to the package instructions.
  • Coat potato nuggets with taco seasoning mix and cheese, then bake until cheese is melted. Transfer nachos to serving platter using foil, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve hot with salsa and sour cream. Optionally, use toothpicks for easy serving.
