Classic comfort food: crispy fried potatoes and bacon smothered in gooey melted cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 peeled and diced potatoes
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 0.25 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • In a large, deep skillet, cook the bacon over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Remove the bacon slices, saving the delicious grease. Crumble the bacon and set aside.
  • Toss potatoes in bacon grease and generously season with garlic salt, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Cook until tender.
  • Once the potatoes are tender, sprinkle in the crumbled bacon. Pour the eggs over the potatoes and cook until they are firm. Top with cheese and cover with a lid until melted.
