Effortless creamy potato soup made with canned cream of chicken soup, frozen hash browns, and precooked bacon. Ready in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 cups 2% milk
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes
  • 1 (14 ounce) package precooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter-flavored granules
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine the cream of chicken soup and cream cheese in a large pot, and whisk until smooth.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, adding 2 cups at a time, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Incorporate hash browns, crispy bacon, savory butter granules, and a touch of salt and pepper.
  • Bring soup to a lively boil over medium-high heat, then lower the heat to medium-low and gently simmer until the potatoes are tender, for about 30 to 45 minutes.
