Crowd-pleasing golden potato wedges with a peppery kick, perfect for parties and barbecues!
Ingredients:
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 600 g baking potatoes
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200˚C/400˚F/gas 6. Boil salted water and parboil the potato wedges for 8 minutes. Drain and let steam dry. Transfer to a roasting tray, add olive oil, salt, and pepper, toss to coat, then spread out in one layer. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve with steak or chicken.
