Decadent hash brown casserole topped with creamy Parmesan cheese, perfect for any party.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of potato soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened, or more as needed
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  • Combine Cheddar cheese, potato soup, sour cream, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, and salt in a large bowl. Gently mix in the potatoes. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly, for approximately 1 hour.
