Ingredients:
  • 2 stalks kale
  • 1/2 medium beetroot, trimmed, peeled
  • 2cm-piece fresh ginger
  • 1 carrot, peeled, quartered
  • 2 celery stalks, trimmed, chopped
  • 2 small lemons, peeled, quartered
  • 375.00 gm water, iced
Instructions:
  • Separate kale leaves from stems and roughly chop.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Pour the mixture into glasses and serve immediately.
