Indulge in these heavenly sticky biscuits that will melt in your mouth - a sure family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup milk or Cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray. Mix butter, brown sugar, and pecans in a small bowl. Distribute sugar mixture evenly among muffin cups.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, milk, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Spoon dough into each muffin cup.
  • Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown. Invert pan onto a cookie sheet. Let the pan sit on top of the biscuits briefly to allow the brown sugar mixture to drizzle over them. Remove the pan and let the biscuits cool slightly before serving them warm.
