Savor a flavorful prawn noodle salad with minimal ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 3 x 75g pkts Indomie Instant Cup Noodles Mi Goreng
  • Olive oil spray
  • 500g peeled medium green king prawns, with tails, deveined
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 3 shallots, cut into 7cm lengths, finely shredded
  • 250.00 ml fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions, then transfer them to a spacious bowl.
  • Heat a large frying pan or wok over high heat until smoking. Spray with oil and stir-fry prawns for 4-5 minutes until they curl and change color.
  • Combine the prawns, capsicum, shallot, and coriander with the noodles, toss well, and serve in individual bowls.
