Prosciutto and basil-wrapped peaches

Serve elegant prosciutto-wrapped peaches with forks for a mess-free indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 16 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 peaches, halved, stoned, cut into 16 wedges
  • 8 thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthways
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 40.00 ml hazelnuts, skinless, toasted, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Lay a basil leaf on one side of a peach slice. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around the center of the peach to seal in the basil leaf. Repeat with the rest of the basil, peaches, and prosciutto.
  • Arrange the wrapped peaches beautifully on a platter, then generously drizzle with sweet honey and finish with a sprinkle of crunchy hazelnuts. Serve and enjoy!
