Weekends are perfect for crafting homemade pizzas!
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml low-fat hommus dip
  • 100g grated light mozzarella cheese
  • 100g thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 750.00 ml torn rocket leaves
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 500.00 ml plain flour
  • 8g sachet dried yeast
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 187.50 gm warm water
Instructions:
  • Create pizza dough: In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and 1 teaspoon salt. Create a well in the center and pour in oil and water. Combine with a wooden spoon until a soft dough forms. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until elastic.
  • Divide the dough in half. Grease two 25cm x 30cm baking trays. Transfer dough to trays and roll out to fit. Cover with a tea towel and let it rise in a warm spot for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Spread a layer of creamy hommus on the pizza bases, then generously sprinkle with gooey mozzarella. Arrange slices of savory prosciutto on top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, switching trays halfway through, until the crust is golden and the cheese is perfectly melted. Finish it off with a handful of fresh rocket, a drizzle of tangy lemon juice, and serve hot.
