Fluffy, delicious protein-packed waffles - top to your heart's desire!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 splash pure vanilla extract, or to taste
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat up the waffle iron following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • In a blender, combine oats, cottage cheese, eggs, egg whites, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour batter into the hot waffle iron following the manufacturer's instructions and cook until waffles are golden and crispy, approximately 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
