Try making Puffy Pink Popcorn Hearts for a sweet and easy Valentine's Day treat. Just combine buttery popcorn with melted marshmallows to create festive heart-shaped snacks. Best of all, they're ready in under 30 minutes using microwave popcorn!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (10 oz) large marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 drops red food color
  • 8 cups popped light butter flavor microwave popcorn (from 3.5-oz bag)
Instructions:
  • In a 3-quart saucepan, melt marshmallows and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Take off the heat and stir in the food color.
  • Mix the popped popcorn until fully coated, then allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Shape 1 cup of the mixture into a heart shape using buttered hands, repeating with the rest of the mixture. Wrap each heart in plastic wrap.
