Carolina-style Pulled BBQ Chicken Sliders with creamy coleslaw on a sweet roll bun. Ultimate flavor-packed bites.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1.5 cups vinegar-based Carolina-style BBQ sauce
  • 1 (14 ounce) package coleslaw mix
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 16 mini sweet rolls
  • Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
  • Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner
Instructions:
  • Heat the grill to high temperature.
  • Cover the hot grill with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.
  • Drizzle the chicken breasts with oil and generously season all sides with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken breasts on the hot foil-lined grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
  • Place the chicken in a slow cooker with a Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner. Add water and BBQ sauce. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks and keep it warm.
  • Combine the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  • Assemble the pulled chicken on soft sweet rolls and generously dollop with creamy coleslaw.
