Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 500g Gravy Beef
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 green capsicum, cut into strips
  • 2.50 gm smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 400g can diced tomatoes
  • 750g packet Sweet Potato Wedges
  • 187.50 ml shredded red cabbage
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 4 Kaiser Bread Rolls, split, toasted
  • 62.50 ml coriander leaves
  • 163.35 gm whole egg mayonnaise
  • 22.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Cook the beef for 5 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a plate. In the same pan, sauté onion and capsicum for 5 minutes until softened. Add garlic, paprika, and oregano, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in tomato and 1/2 cup (125ml) water, simmer. Return beef to pan, season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes until beef is tender. Shred the beef in the pan using two forks.
  • Cook the potato wedges according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Create a flavorful chilli mayonnaise by mixing together mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, and seasoning with salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Place cabbage and carrot in a bowl, then mix in 1/4 cup of chili mayonnaise until well combined.
  • Assemble the bun bases on serving plates. Add slaw and beef mixture, remaining chili mayonnaise, coriander, and bun tops. Serve with the wedges.
