Upgrade your apple cobbler with a simple, irresistible twist. Double the recipe for a generous 9x13 inch pan of pure deliciousness!
Ingredients:
  • 8 small Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and sliced
  • 0.75 cup pumpkin butter
  • 0.5 (14 ounce) package pumpkin quick bread mix
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (7 ounce) can sweetened whipped cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine apples with pumpkin butter in a medium bowl, then spread the mixture evenly in a 8 or 9 inch square baking dish. In another bowl, mix pumpkin bread mix with butter until crumbly, then sprinkle over the apples.
  • Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven until the apples are fork-tender. Serve warm with whipped cream.
