Quick and easy pumpkin cake mix cookies – ready in 25 minutes! Perfect for dessert or bake sales.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon milk, or as needed
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and place parchment paper on 2 baking sheets.
  • Combine the cake mix and pumpkin puree in a bowl until fully mixed. If needed, add a splash of milk for a smoother consistency while keeping it slightly thick. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Spoon medium portions of dough onto the baking sheets, leaving 2 inches of space between each scoop.
  • Bake until edges are golden, about 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven. Let cool on the baking sheet briefly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
