Easy and delicious pumpkin dump cake with spiced cake mix and pumpkin puree, a perfect fall treat in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
  • 0.5 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the pumpkin filling, then add pecans on top. Finish by drizzling melted butter over the entire dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until the edges are lightly browned, then let it cool.
