Indulgent pumpkin pie filled with creamy pumpkin, condensed milk, half-and-half, eggs, sugar, and warm spices. Bakes to perfection and pairs perfectly with whipped cream.
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.66666668653488 cup half-and-half
  • 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Instructions:
  • Pre-bake the pie crusts until golden brown and let cool.
  • Combine eggs, sugar, spices, sweetened condensed milk, half and half, and pumpkin until smooth, being careful not to overmix.
  • Bake pies at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Allow them to cool before serving. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
