Ingredients:
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a pot, combine corn syrup, water, brown sugar, and butter, and bring to a rolling boil. Whisk in pumpkin, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon. Cook, stirring constantly, until flavors blend, for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.
