Quick and simple apple cinnamon muffins, perfect for a delicious breakfast treat ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with a light coating of grease or line them with paper liners.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in one bowl. In a separate bowl, mix milk, egg, and butter. Gently fold the egg mixture into the flour mixture until just combined. Stir in chopped apples and spoon batter into muffin cups.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffins comes out clean.
