Bake up a flavorful Buffalo chicken dip for game day or as a delicious appetizer option!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot ®)
  • 0.5 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 4 fully cooked chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 0.5 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously grease a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, hot sauce, 1/2 cup pepper Jack cheese, and blue cheese dressing until smooth. Gently mix in the chicken until well coated. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle crumbled blue cheese and 1/3 cup pepper Jack cheese on top.
  • Simply bake until the cheese is gooey and the dip is bubbling around the edges, for about 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.
