Salmon with Garlic-Butter Sauce

Quick and easy baked salmon for a perfect weeknight dinner for two.
Ingredients:
  • 3 ounces butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch dried oregano, or to taste
  • 2 salmon steaks
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for optimal baking conditions.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter for about 30 seconds until melted. Stir in crushed garlic, then season the sauce with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • Lay salmon fillets on a generous sheet of aluminum foil and generously drizzle with sauce. Seal the foil securely, then transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the hot oven until the fish easily flakes with a fork, approximately 20 minutes.
