Delicious cinnamon roll casserole perfect for feeding a group with minimal effort. Great for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (12.4 ounce) packages refrigerated cinnamon roll dough with icing
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and carefully unwrap the cinnamon roll packages, setting the icing packs aside for later.
  • Cut cinnamon roll dough into 1/2-inch cubes and layer evenly in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over the dough and gently toss to coat before spreading out into a single layer.
  • Combine cream, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla in a small bowl, then pour the mixture evenly over the dough pieces. Finish by drizzling maple syrup on top and sprinkling with brown sugar.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 22 minutes until golden brown, then drizzle with icing before serving.
