Try this effortless ham and sweet potato casserole for a stress-free meal. Pair with a fresh salad and warm rolls.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ham steaks
  • 2 sheets aluminum foil
  • 0.25 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Lay a ham steak on each piece of aluminum foil. Evenly coat both sides of the steaks with half of the brown sugar. Layer half of the pineapple slices over the steaks, then arrange the sweet potatoes on top. Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar and pineapple over the sweet potatoes. Seal the foil packets securely and transfer them to a baking sheet.
  • After baking for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, carefully open the packets, sprinkle marshmallows over the top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
