Spicy pork stir-fry ready in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 200g pkt egg noodles
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 500g Pork Mince
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 2 long red chillies, thinly sliced
  • 227g can water chestnut slices, rinsed, drained
  • 400g pkt Supreme Vegetable Mix
  • 95g oyster sauce
  • 35g peanuts
  • Thinly sliced long red chilli, extra, to serve
  • Coriander leaves, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions and then drain them.
  • Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat, then add the mince. Cook and stir with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes until cooked through and no lumps remain.
  • Add the garlic, ginger, chili, water chestnuts, and vegetables. Sauté for 2 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in oyster sauce and noodles until everything is heated through and well blended.
  • Garnish the stir-fry with peanuts, additional chili, and fresh cilantro. Serve alongside lime wedges.
