Decadent chocolate and peanut butter brownies for a gooey and delicious treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir occasionally and scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula to prevent scorching. Mix in vanilla once ingredients are melted.
  • Combine the flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, and salt into the chocolate mixture, ensuring everything is well mixed. Gently fold in the walnuts, then transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist chunks on it. Let them cool to room temperature before cutting into squares.
