Delicious weeknight dessert that's quick and easy to make.
Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet frozen ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 62.50 gm light cream cheese spread
  • 30.00 gm raw sugar
  • Pinch of mixed spice
  • 4 nectarines, halved, stones removed, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Cut the pastry into 4 squares and lay them on the tray.
  • With a wooden spoon, blend cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and mixed spice until smooth. Spread evenly over pastry squares and top with sliced nectarines.
  • Bake until golden, about 12 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and serve.
