Mustard-glazed ham steaks with pineapple - a sweet and savory 15-minute weeknight delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 0.66666668653488 cup prepared yellow mustard
  • 1.5 pounds ham steaks
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple rings in juice, sliced
Instructions:
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches below the broiler and preheat the broiler.
  • Combine the dark brown sugar and mustard in a bowl. Lay the ham on a broiling pan rack and generously spread the mustard mixture over both sides of the ham.
  • Broil in the preheated oven until one side is beautifully browned for about 5 minutes. Flip, generously drizzle with pineapple juice from the can, and continue to broil for an additional 5 minutes. Add pineapple rings on top for the final 2 minutes of cooking. Keep a close watch, as it cooks quickly.
