Elevate graham crackers with irresistible praline topping for a sweet pecan crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 24 graham cracker squares
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Create a neat layer of graham crackers in a 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch ungreased jelly roll pan.
  • Bring the brown sugar and butter in a 2-quart saucepan to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly, then remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
  • Spread the sugar mixture over the crackers evenly and sprinkle with pecans.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until bubbly, then cool slightly before cutting into bars between the graham crackers.
