Easy and mouthwatering white chocolate Christmas slice - just melt and mix!
Ingredients:
  • 450g white chocolate, chopped
  • 750.00 ml rice bubbles
  • 80g packet pistachio kernels, toasted
  • 140g packet berry lollies
  • 85.00 gm desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp red mini m&m's
  • 3 tsp silver cachous
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan by greasing it and lining the base and sides with baking paper, ensuring the paper extends 5cm above the edges of the pan on all sides.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate on HIGH for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon until smooth. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before using.
  • Combine rice bubbles, pistachios, berry lollies, and coconut in a bowl until evenly mixed. Press mixture into a pan, compacting with a large spoon. Sprinkle with M&M’s and cachous. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until firm.
  • Take the slice out of the fridge and let it sit for 5 minutes. Cut it into bars using a hot knife and serve.
