Try these mouth-watering veggie quinoa burger patties.
Ingredients:
  • 100g quinoa
  • 20g rolled oats
  • 40.00 ml plain flour
  • 20g parmesan
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 Free Range Eggs
  • Olive oil spray
  • 4 Brand Hamburger Rolls, split, toasted
  • Mayonnaise, to serve
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
  • Coles Brand Premium Roasted Capsicum Chutney, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa with oats, flour, Parmesan, carrot, spring onion, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  • Spritz a generous amount of olive oil spray onto a large frying pan. Sear the patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Evenly smear the roll bases with creamy mayonnaise. Layer on a colorful mix of crisp salad leaves, flavorful quinoa patties, tangy chutney, and gently place the roll tops to create a delicious and satisfying meal.
