Vibrant fruit salsa with cinnamon chips - a healthy and easy snack for kids to enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas, each cut into 8 triangles
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 strawberries, chopped
  • 0.5 peach, chopped
  • 0.5 green apple, chopped
  • 0.25 cup chopped purple grapes
  • 0.25 cup blueberries
  • 0.25 cup crushed pineapple
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spray tortilla triangles with cooking spray and coat with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon in a resealable plastic bag. Transfer the coated triangles to a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix together strawberries, peach, apple, grapes, blueberries, and pineapple. Stir well to combine. Serve the salsa with cinnamon chips.
