Elevate oat and raisin cookies with a touch of malted milk for a truly special twist.
Ingredients:
  • 118.80 gm brown sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 33.00 gm malted milk powder
  • 312.50 ml plain flour, sifted
  • 2.00 gm baking powder
  • 50.00 gm rolled oats
  • 165.00 ml raisins
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 160°C.
  • In a bowl, cream sugar and butter together until light and creamy using electric beaters. Add egg and beat well to combine. Gently fold in milk powder, plain flour, baking powder, rolled oats, and raisins until fully mixed.
  • Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving room for spreading. Chill in the freezer for 5 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
