Delicious sour cream and raisin pie in a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine sour cream and sugar in a large bowl. Gently mix in raisins and beaten eggs. Add vinegar, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake the pie for 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Then, allow it to cool slightly after removing from the oven.
