Try this refreshing creamy raita to balance the heat of spicy curries.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml thick natural yoghurt
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, finely diced
  • 40.00 ml mint leaves, chopped
  • Olive oil, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together 1 cup of thick natural yogurt, 2 finely diced Lebanese cucumbers, and 2 tablespoons of chopped mint leaves, then finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
