Create a tasty ramen bento box for a delicious and convenient lunch prep.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 ounce) package chicken-flavored ramen noodles
  • 1 cup cubed, cooked chicken
  • 0.25 cup chopped baby spinach
  • 6 asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 2 baby carrots, diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 dash Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
  • Break the ramen noodles into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe container with a lid, perfect for on-the-go meals.
  • Sprinkle half of the seasoning packet over the noodles and then dispose of the remaining seasoning.
  • Combine the chicken, spinach, asparagus, carrots, green onion, sesame oil, and Sriracha sauce in a container with a lid. Refrigerate until lunchtime.
  • Uncover the bowl and add water to the noodles. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Allow to sit for 3 minutes before enjoying.
