Ramp Butter

Make a delicious ramp compound butter using fresh ramps. No need for extra salt if using salted butter.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup ramps leaves, rinsed and dried
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Coarsely chop half of the ramp leaves and finely chop the remaining half.
  • Using an electric mixer, whip butter in a bowl until creamy. Then, incorporate ramps and season with salt to your liking. Transfer the flavored butter to a dish and chill until firm.
