Elevate your dishes by infusing sea salt with ramps for a taste of spring that lingers.
Ingredients:
  • 4 bunches ramps leaves, rinsed and dried
  • 0.5 cup sea salt
Instructions:
  • Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Roughly chop ramp leaves and place in food processor. Process until finely chopped and transfer to a bowl. Mix in salt thoroughly.
  • Spread the moist green salt thinly on the baking sheet, allowing it to air dry. Stir and turn occasionally using clean hands or a spoon. Depending on humidity, drying may take up to 24 hours. Once salt is fully dry, transfer to an airtight container for storage.
