Elevate classic mac 'n cheese with Hidden Valley® Ranch Seasoning for a flavorful twist everyone will love!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound gemelli pasta
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Prepare the pasta as instructed on the package for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- As the pasta cooks, melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat until it foams. Stir in flour until smooth and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in milk and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Mix, stirring until thickened for about 5 minutes. Gently mix in cheese until melted. Combine with cooked pasta and serve hot.
