Creamy ranch chicken and bacon mac & cheese - a quick and delicious one-pot meal for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 2 boxes (6 oz) Annie's™ Organic Shells & White Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 4 tablespoons butter, cut into tablespoons
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley leaves, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add the pasta from both boxes and bring back to a boil. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add frozen peas and bring back to a boil. Cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the pasta and peas reach your preferred level of doneness. Drain and return to the pan.
  • Melt butter in the pan, then add chicken, milk, 1/4 cup of bacon, both packages of ranch dressing and cheese into the pasta. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
  • Sprinkle the remaining bacon and parsley on top.
