Summer fruit sangria - a refreshing crowd-pleaser for happy hours.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups peeled fresh peach slices (2 large)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons orange liqueur or brandy
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) rosè wine, chilled
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons simple syrup*
  • Orange or lemon slices, if desired
  • Chilled sparkling water, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine peach slices and raspberries in a large pitcher. Gently mix in orange juice, liqueur, wine, and simple syrup. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to enhance the flavors.
  • Divide evenly among 6 glasses.
  • Top the dish with slices and a drizzle of sparkling water for a refreshing finish.
