Try our flavorful baked tomato ravioli, ready in 35 minutes - a delicious meatless option!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (25 ounces) frozen cheese-filled ravioli
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese (4 ounces)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare ravioli according to package instructions.
  • Combine crushed tomatoes with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil while the ravioli is cooking.
  • Spread a layer of 1 1/2 cups of the tomato mixture in an ungreased 11x7x1 1/2-inch rectangular baking dish. Add a layer of ravioli. Pour the remaining tomato mixture over the ravioli and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake without a cover for approximately 20 minutes, or until heated through.
