Create an Italian flag-inspired pizza with layers of spinach, white cheeses, and tomatoes on pizza dough.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) package pizza crust dough
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 7 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Italian 6-cheese blend
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet. Spread pizza dough in the pan and gently rub with olive oil.
  • Combine the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, salt, and pepper until well mixed. Evenly spread the mixture over the dough. Sprinkle with the shredded Italian cheese and layer with sliced tomatoes.
  • Bake in the oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is hot and bubbly, approximately 20 minutes.
