Vibrant salad bursting with colors and flavors for a gourmet experience loved by all.
Ingredients:
  • 250ml balsamic vinegar
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 16 dried mini wild figs, soaked in warm water for 30 minutes
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 18.40 gm walnut oil
  • 2 radicchio Treviso, washed, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 1/2 red oak leaf lettuce, washed, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 100g walnut
  • 200g Roquefort cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over high heat, mix vinegar and sugar. Bring to a boil. Add the figs, lower the heat to medium-low, and cook for 10 minutes or until the figs soften. Let it cool to room temperature.
  • Set aside the figs. Transfer the vinegar mixture to a small bowl, then whisk in the olive oil and walnut oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Assemble the treviso, oak leaf lettuce, walnuts, cheese, and figs on plates. Top with dressing and enjoy promptly.
