Cheesy Cheddar biscuits with seasoned butter, easy no-knead recipe perfect for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.667 cup milk
  • 0.333 cup butter, softened and cut into pieces
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prep a baking sheet with a little grease or parchment paper.
  • Combine flour, sharp Cheddar cheese, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl, and stir well.
  • Combine milk, softened butter pieces, and egg in a separate bowl. Gently fold into the flour mixture until just combined and chunky, being careful not to overmix.
  • Spoon batter onto the prepared baking sheet in tablespoon-sized portions.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder. Take the biscuits out of the oven and brush them with the flavorful butter mixture.
  • Continue baking in the oven until the top is golden brown, approximately 5 minutes. Serve the dish warm.
